Wholesale Terms and Conditions
ORDERS
Minimum spend per order is $500, excluding freight.
Wholesale pricing applies to stores with a retail storefront. New customers will be requested to provide appropriate documentation.
PRICING
Prices and minimums are subject to change without notice. Minimum order quantity is 2 items per SKU, except for rectangle cushions, quilts and tablecloths which is 1. This also applies for re-orders. Cushion prices do not include the insert.
The price of products outlined in this portal does not include shipping or handling charges. The price of pillow covers does not include a pillow insert - these must be ordered separately on the portal. Pillow covers are supplied un-stuffed.
PAYMENT TERMS
Walter G requires full payment prior to shipping. Payment is accepted via credit card (Amex, Mastercard or Visa) or PayPal. We do not accept company checks. Credit card information is not kept on file, and must be provided with each order.
SHIPPING
Cost of goods outlined in catalogue does not include shipping or handling charges. Orders are shipped via DHL Express or UPS. Shipping costs are billed out at standard rates directly to customer. Freight carrier is subject to change without notice.
All international orders are shipped DDP (delivered duty paid) with DHL Express. This means that the receiver will not be required to pay any duties or tariffs.
For orders of $500-$1200, freight costs will be around 11-15% of the order total. For orders over $1200, freight costs will be around 10-11% of the order total.
If inserts are ordered, there will be an additional freight charge of around 8-9% of the order total. This will be charged after your order has been placed and confirmed.
Routing information must be specified at time order is placed. Walter G does not ship C.O.D. and does not Dropship.
Customers will be notified via email when order is ready to ship. All orders will be shipped to address specified by the customer at time of ordering. It is the customers’ responsibility to notify Walter G if changes are needed to order prior to shipment. Failure to do so will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Pillow covers are shipped ‘un-stuffed’.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Changes to orders can usually be accommodated before order reaches warehouse for fulfillment. If order has been processed, order changes cannot be accepted. Order cancellations must be received via email, and received prior to shipment. If order is packed to ship, a 20% restocking fee will apply if changes to the order are required.
CLAIMS AND RETURNS
All Walter G products are hand printed. As such, there may be slight variations in size, colour, texture and/or finish. These are not considered faults, rather signifiers that the product is hand made, authentic and unique. Please examine your order upon arrival. Any shipping-related damage or loss must be claimed by the consignee with carrier. All other damages or shortages must be reported, with photographic evidence, to Walter G within 7 business days of receipt of goods in order for a claim to be honoured. If in stock, replacements will be provided for damaged items. If the item is out of stock, either a credit on future orders or refund to original payment form will be offered.

EXCLUSIVITY
Walter G aims to cap the number of stockists at 3 per suburb. This is to protect the retailer’s right to offer something unique to their customers, whilst still allowing Walter G to grow as a business too. Of the three stores, each one carries different SKUs. This works on a first in best dressed basis, and if a particular store does not reorder that SKU within a 6 month period, then it goes back up for the taking.
However, stores that spend $4000+ per month are able to gain full suburb exclusivity on our entire range. This is something that we monitor closely to ensure compliance. We endeavour to be as transparent as possible with all of our retailers by publishing our full list of retailers on our website and contacting existing retailers if we if we are approached by another retailer in a nearby area.
